By submitting the registration form and participating, you confirm you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, rules, risk disclosures, and disclaimers outlined herein.
1. Nature of the Program
Gold Trading Championship (GTC) is an independent trading education and challenge program. GTC is NOT a financial advisory service, investment management company, fund, brokerage, or regulated financial product.
GTC coordinates with an institutional prop firm partner to provide funded accounts upon successful challenge completion. GTC acts as an affiliate and educational program coordinator only.
The following parties do NOT accept investments from traders, do NOT provide trading signals, and do NOT act as financial advisors:
- Gold Trading Championship (GTC)
- GTC's institutional prop firm partner
- TVA (Crystal Ball AI) and its partners
GTC is governed by Singapore law. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Singapore.
2. Eligibility & Participation Terms
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to engage in trading in their jurisdiction.
- Participation in GTC is entirely voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
- By registering, the Trader agrees to abide by all GTC rules and instructions as communicated by GTC Admin.
- GTC may update its terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Trader's responsibility to stay informed via the official GTC Telegram Channel and weekly webinars.
- It is the participant's sole responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3. Challenge Structure & Rules
3.1 Challenge Overview
- 1 Set = Grow account from USD 200 to USD 800 (Standard). Any additional set structures must be pre-approved by Admin.
- Tradeable instruments: XAU/USD (Gold), all major and minor currency pairs, and BTC/USD.
- Broker: Pepperstone (maximum leverage 1:500).
- Goal: Complete 10 Sets to qualify for the funded account and reward. There is no time limit.
3.2 Challenge Rules — Strictly Enforced
- If account balance hits USD 0 or falls too low to trade, a restart is required.
- No top-up of capital is allowed during any set. Doing so results in immediate disqualification and restart from Set 1.
- No password changes are permitted at any time during the challenge.
- In the event of a margin call (MC), the Trader MUST inform the GTC Coach before starting the next set.
- Upon completing each set, the Trader MUST inform the GTC Coach and await auditing approval before proceeding to the next set.
- Starting a new set without prior Admin approval will result in that set being disqualified and not counted.
- All trades must be closed before submitting a set for review.
- Providing false trade data, manipulated screenshots, or fraudulent information may result in permanent disqualification.
- Failure to report set completions = Disqualification from the funding program.
3.3 Re-Entry Terms (Margin Call)
- Restart Set 1: USD 400 re-entry fee (payable from profits earned).
- Restart Set 2: USD 400 re-entry fee. Re-entry fees double the capital requirement per restart.
- Optional Pre-Paid Re-Entry: USD 5,000 with 50% discount on all re-entries (refundable upon challenge completion).
- All re-entry fees are refundable upon successful challenge completion.
3.4 Set Switch Option
- Traders may switch sets at a fee of USD 100 or USD 200 (as applicable). Admin must be informed before any set switch.
4. Fees & Refund Policy
4.1 Challenge Fees
GTC Evaluation Fee (Standard Track or Professional Track): Disclosed upon personal consultation via Telegram. Fully refundable upon challenge graduation (completion of all 10 sets).
Pre-Paid Re-Entry Option: USD 5,000 — Fully Refundable upon graduation.
Standard Re-Entry Fee (per restart): USD 400 — Refundable upon graduation.
4.2 Non-Refundable Items
- All losses incurred during challenge sets or upon graduation are non-refundable.
- Set switch fees (USD 100 / USD 200) are non-refundable.
- Tool subscriptions are subject to their own separate terms.
- Fees are forfeited in full if the Trader is permanently disqualified for rule violations.
5. Funded Account & Reward Terms
5.1 Funded Account Upon Graduation
- USD 1,000,000 Funded Capital — USD 80,000 per set paid monthly (Standard).
- USD 2,000,000 Funded Capital — USD 160,000 per set (USD 2,000 Top Up option).
- Up to USD 5,000,000 Funded Capital — Up to USD 400,000 per set (VIP).
The funded account is trading capital provided by GTC's institutional prop firm partner for trading purposes only. It is NOT a personal cash payment. Access is conditional on continued compliance with all program rules.
5.2 Bonus Reward
- Complete all 10 Sets → Eligible for performance reward (subject to program and promotional terms at time of joining).
- Reward must be claimed within 1 year of graduation. Unclaimed rewards are 100% forfeited.
- Payment schedule: 20% upfront (1 month after completing challenge); 80% in stages (5% every 5 sets, released 1 month after each milestone).
- Rewards are subject to promotional updates reflected in the official GTC Telegram Channel at the time of joining.
6. Risk Disclosure — Trading Risks
WARNING: Trading leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only participate if you fully understand the risks and can afford to sustain a total loss of your evaluation fee and any trading capital deployed.
6.1 General Trading Risks
- Forex, Gold, and Cryptocurrency trading involves a HIGH DEGREE OF RISK due to leverage, volatility, and market conditions.
- There is NO GUARANTEE of profit. Past performance is NOT indicative of future results.
- Leverage of 1:500 means a 0.2% adverse price move can result in 100% loss of account capital.
- Spreads, commissions, swap rates, and other trading costs reduce overall profitability.
- System failures, internet outages, or platform issues may prevent timely trade execution. GTC is not responsible for such events.
6.2 Instrument-Specific Risks
- Gold (XAU/USD): Influenced by inflation, interest rates, USD strength, and geopolitical events. Highly volatile during macroeconomic uncertainty.
- Bitcoin (BTC/USD): 24/7 markets subject to extreme volatility, regulatory changes, and liquidity gaps. May move 10–50%+ in short timeframes.
- Forex Pairs: Subject to currency risk, interest rate differentials, geopolitical risk, and central bank policy. Exotic pairs carry wider spreads and lower liquidity.
6.3 No Financial Advice
GTC, its affiliates, coaches, and partners do NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading signals. All market commentary, webinar content, AI tool outputs, and Telegram posts are for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and must not be construed as financial advice or trade recommendations. Traders are strongly encouraged to consult an independent qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions.
7. Demo Account Requirement & Trader Responsibility
- Traders MUST complete at least 3 sets on a demo account before trading live.
- Traders are NEVER forced to go live and may choose to remain on demo indefinitely.
- If a Trader chooses to trade live without sufficient experience, they do so entirely at their own risk.
- Traders experiencing repeated losses on live accounts are strongly advised to return to demo trading.
- DO NOT treat trading as gambling. Disciplined entry/exit strategies and risk management are essential.
- Traders must seek independent financial advice if uncertain about live trading suitability.
8. AI Tools — Disclosure & Terms
8.1 Available Tools
- Crystal Ball AI (TVA): Included with program (1-year renewable license). For market insights only.
- Tap-to-Trade: Optional add-on (USD 30 setup + USD 149/month).
- Auto Robot (EA): Optional add-on (USD 1,500 for 6 months; USD 900 renewal).
8.2 AI Tool Disclaimer
All AI tools are provided for RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. They do NOT guarantee profits or predict market outcomes with certainty. GTC and its partners are not liable for any losses arising from the use of AI tools or automated trading systems.
9. Broker Disclaimer
The recommended broker (Pepperstone) has been selected solely as a technical onboarding pathway required to track challenge participation and auditing. This does NOT constitute a broker recommendation, endorsement, or investment advice.
Registering with any broker and proceeding with trading is entirely the Trader's personal decision and responsibility. GTC is not responsible for any broker-related issues including withdrawal delays, account restrictions, or platform failures. Traders are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before opening any brokerage account.
10. Communication & Webinar Obligations
- All Traders must attend weekly Tuesday webinars for program updates and announcements.
- GTC will NOT provide individual updates. All updates are communicated via webinars and the official GTC Telegram Channel.
- Failure to stay updated is the Trader's responsibility and may affect eligibility for rewards or funded accounts.

11. Privacy & Data Usage
- Personal data submitted via registration is used only for verification, auditing, and internal program administration.
- By joining, the Trader consents to limited use of their public trading progress for GTC marketing purposes, unless the Trader opts out in writing to GTC Admin.
- GTC will not sell or share personal data outside of program administration requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability & Legal Terms
- GTC, its partners, affiliates, coaches, and representatives shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation.
- GTC and its partners will NOT entertain any legal disputes in court. All disputes must be resolved via arbitration in Singapore under Singapore law.
- GTC's total liability shall not exceed the challenge fee paid by the Trader.
- GTC may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
- Traders are solely responsible for their trading decisions and outcomes.
13. Suitability Warning
Trading leveraged instruments is NOT suitable for all persons. You should NOT participate in GTC if:
- You do not fully understand how leveraged trading works
- You cannot afford to lose the capital allocated to trading
- You have no prior trading experience and are unwilling to complete the mandatory demo account requirement
- You are in a financially vulnerable position or are using borrowed funds
- You are expecting guaranteed returns or treating this as a passive investment
- You are unable to monitor your trading account regularly
14. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By submitting the GTC registration form and participating in the Gold Trading Championship, the Trader confirms and agrees that they:
- Have read this entire Risk Disclosure & Participation Agreement in full
- Fully understand that trading leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss
- Accept that challenge fees may be forfeited in the event of rule violations or disqualification
- Understand that funded accounts and rewards are conditional on meeting all evaluation and compliance criteria
- Accept that no financial advice is provided by GTC, its partners, or affiliates
- Are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes
- Have completed or will complete the mandatory 3-set demo account requirement before trading live
- Consent to arbitration in Singapore for any disputes arising from participation
- Will stay updated via the official GTC Telegram Channel and weekly webinars
- Confirm that participation is suitable for their personal financial circumstances and risk tolerance
